Our games play a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of up to 8 players depending on the game chosen. We do also cater for large groups, please call us to make a double booking. The Box – up to 8 The Vault – up to 8 The Way to Wonderland – up to 6
The cost per person depends upon the number of players in your team, prices vary but for a 2 player game in one of our rooms the cost is £22.50 a person. This can be as low as £12.00 for a large group in one room.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Due to the nature of the puzzles at The Strategy, younger visitors may find some aspects too complex to complete on their own. For more advice please call us on 07789766259.
The Strategy is strictly available by advance bookings only – it's not possible to turn up without a booking and pay at the door. We do occasionally have same day bookings, for last minute availability please call 07789766259. Bookings can only be made via this website and by phone.
If you arrive late to your booking you will run the risk of your game having less time available for you to escape. We strongly advise all players should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for toilet breaks and your game introductory.
When a game has been booked and paid for with The Strategy, you will be unable to cancel the session. Sessions booked are non-refundable. Please contact us directly should you need to make an amendment to your booking.
The Strategy is currently based on the first floor with access via stairs unfortunately there is no lift in the building. We do apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
Photography and videography are not allowed within the game rooms. We operate a strict no alcohol policy at The Strategy and if any member of the group is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be refused admission with no refund given.
Everything you need to play any of the games is provided and we recommend wearing everyday comfortable clothing and footwear. You do not need to bring the confirmation email with you.
